Foundation Sports is an award-winning sports coaching company, run by qualified, insured, and DBS-checked coaches who follow our dedicated code of conduct. This ensures every session is delivered in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where all children — regardless of ability — can enjoy and progress at their own pace.

Our after-school football sessions place a strong emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and having fun. Each week, children will take part in a range of skill-based practices — from dribbling and passing to shooting and defending — designed to build confidence and ability.

Sessions finish with small-sided matches, giving children the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in a fun and supportive game setting.
