At Foundation Sports, we’re proud to be an award-winning sports coaching provider led by a team of qualified, DBS-checked, and fully insured coaches. Our team follows a dedicated Code of Conduct to ensure every session is safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for children of all abilities.

Our 1-hour sessions are designed to introduce and develop a wide range of gymnastics movements and techniques. Children will be challenged to learn new skills in a fun, supportive, and progressive environment, helping to build confidence, coordination, and strength — all while having a great time!

Whether your child is new to gymnastics or looking to improve their skills, our sessions are tailored to meet them where they are and help them shine.
