Foundation Sports is an award-winning sports coaching company, led by qualified, insured, and DBS-checked coaches. Our team follow a dedicated code of conduct to ensure every child enjoys a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment—regardless of ability.

Our Multi Skills Club is designed to be fun, fast-paced, and packed with variety. Children will take part in a wide range of exciting activities and games that develop agility, balance, coordination, and teamwork—all while building confidence and having a great time with their friends.

To make sure every child gets the most out of the sessions, we’ll be splitting the group by age.
This means younger children can focus on learning the basics through fun, imaginative games, while the older group can take on more challenging activities to push their skills even further.
