Welcome and thank you for showing an interest in Foundation Sports' after school Multi Skills sessions. Foundation Sports are an Award winning Sports Coaching company run by qualified sports coaches who are insured, DBS checked, and follow our own code of conduct, which ensures safety and enjoyment to all, no matter what ability all in a fun and progressive environment.

Foundation Sports have made some important changes in order to ensure that we remain COVID-19 secure. The safety of the children, parents, staff and community remain our top priority. Our sessions will have a strong emphasis on skill development with many ball each inclusive games. Our Football sessions will start with skills based practices before ending in small sided matches.
