Foundation Sports Hertfordshire are a Multi award winning Sports Coaching company that is known widely within Hertfordshire for the quality and efficiency of our work. Our Sports & Play Camp features a combination of Sport activities and play activities. Children are able to choose throughout the day which activity they would like to take part in giving flexibility throughout the day. Every morning we will sit the children down to introduce them to each other and talk about our wish list for the week. Sport concentrates on sports that we have identified as the most popular sports to take part in. Every morning we organise the children into different groups, they include; Multi-Sports group (mixed sports everyday) EYFS & Y1 group (mixed sports everyday.) We will give your children the choice of which group they would like to be in. Sports Camp Activities include: - Football coaching & tournaments (football takes part every day) Gymnastics coaching Multi Sports: Dodgeball games - Netball Coaching - Cricket games - Rounders - Tennis – Tag-Rugby - Multi-Skills (games which incorporate throwing, catching, tagging, kicking & racket skills in fun games) -- Play Camp The activities on offer include the following: - Creative Play | Outdoor Painting | Arts & Crafts | Slime Making | Treasure Hunts | Chocolate making | Water Play | Messy Play | Colouring | Board Games | Movies | Parachute Games | EYFS Activities Camp Timings: 10.00 - 15.00 Early Drop Off: 8.30 - 10.00 Late Pick Up: 15.00 - 17.00 Venues: Goffs Oak Primary School | Flamstead End Primary School | Sacred Heart Primary School About our staff All sports coaches and play leaders have the following qualifications: - First Aid Trained - Coaching Qualifications - Child Care Qualifications - Enhanced DBS checks - Up to date Safeguarding Children training What Should I Bring? A packed lunch with snacks (NO NUTS) A water bottle which we can refill Outdoor footwear (if booked into sports) Suitable clothing based on the weather. Any medical information filled into our medical info box - Any medication handed to coaches. Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must have a 24 hour notice period before each booking date to be entitled to a credit for your booking. Failing to give notice via email (herts@foundation-sports.com) will result in no credit code being offered. We have waiting lists for our holiday clubs and if there are any 'no shows' this means children are missing out on our club. FS will only issue refunds when at the fault of Foundation Sports or when FS make the decision to cancel a club. Photo's - By booking into Foundation Sports you acknowledge that we will be taking photo's for marketing purposes and upload pictures of our session in action via social media platforms. If you do not want pictures taken please make us aware on the morning of the session or by putting it in writing by emailing herts@foundation-sports.com

Camp notes

Our October Camp will come with a Halloween Twist on Thursday 31st October where children are invited to 'dress to impress' This is completely optional however we do encourage children to come in fancy dress. Prizes will be awarded to our best dressed!

EXOTIC ANIMAL SHOW - RANGER STU! - We are delighted to have Ranger Stu with us on Wednesday 30th October for an exotic animal show where we will welcome a variety of special guests! Owls, Spiders, Snakes, Lizards and much more in a unforgettable show for the children (spaces limited)

Pizza Party will take place on Wednesday 30th October - £4 for a share of the Dominos Pizza. This is completely optional as well and the children who do not have pizza will not be excluded from the pizza party.

Please bring suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities and please note that we will be using paint - for those who decide to do the play / craft activities.

Packed Lunch is required as well as a snack and water.
