Foundation Sports are an award winning Sports Coaching company run by qualified coaches who are insured, have been DBS checked, and follow our own code of conduct which ensures safety and enjoyment for all, no matter what ability, all in a fun and progressive environment.
Our hour long sessions will consist of gymnastics movements and techniques which are designed to challenge participants in learning a range of different skills and movements that are challenging – whilst remaining fun and enjoyable.
